The Life & Health Actuarial Reserve Analysis Application allows insurance companies domesticated in Ohio to file their Department of Insurance (ODI)-required actuarial reserve data online.

Do You Need An Account?

ODI approves and creates accounts for this application. There is no other way to get an account for this application.  In order to receive a new account you must meet the following criteria:

• You represent an Ohio domestic insurance company.
   
• Your company has not been exempted from this data reporting requirement. 
   
• Your company does not already have an account for this application. (Please contact your company's valuation actuary - or ODI at the email contact below - for more information.)
