Chris Brock returned to the Ohio Department of Insurance in September 2016 as Director of Stakeholder and Media Engagement after serving two years as Lieutenant Governor Mary Taylor’s Chief of Staff. He also previously handled Communications Director duties for Lieutenant Governor Taylor. In his current role, Brock manages stakeholder activities, serves as spokesman and advises on the agency’s communications and messaging as a senior team member.
Prior to joining the Department in April 2011 and becoming the agency’s Communications Director, Brock was the Manager of Grassroots Advocacy at the Ohio Chamber of Commerce. He graduated from the Ohio State University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.
