The Common Sense Initiative (CSI) review's Ohio's regulatory system to eliminate excessive and duplicative rules that stand in the way of job creation and the regulatory mission of the Ohio Department of Insurance is a good place to start.

In Ohio, our vision is to have a robust, competitive and stable insurance market. We will continue to look for ways to improve the insurance market in Ohio to provide more choices for consumers and create more jobs for Ohioans.

We are confident that comprehensive regulatory reform will help revive Ohio’s economy and help grow the Ohio insurance market.
