In support of the Ohio Department of Insurance’s efforts to investigate home repair contractors believed to be committing insurance fraud, this online toolkit was created to educate consumers on how to avoid being a fraud victim after a natural disaster and to remind contractors of their obligation to conduct their business in an ethical manner.
