On August 18, 2009, the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granted the Ohio Department of Insurance's request to place The Physician Assurance Corporation (TPAC) into liquidation. The liquidation order allows the Department to take possession of the insurer’s assets and administer them under the general supervision of the court. This page has information to help answer those who have questions about the liquidation of TPAC.
