Health Open Enrollment Toolkit
The state-mandated Open Enrollment Health Insurance Program requires certain insurance carriers to offer health insurance coverage at a limited cost to qualifying individuals on a first come, first served basis. The Ohio Department of Insurance has created this online toolkit to help you learn more about the Open Enrollment Health Insurance Program.
